Braydon Bringhurst
Braydon Bringhurst is a celebrated collegiate track-and-field athlete and filmmaker—earning millions of online views with his creations. Braydon has taken an unconventional path to becoming one of the most influential athletes in mountain biking. Being equally as talented at climbing on his bicycle as he is at jumping, descending and cornering, Braydon is unique—and it is this unique diversity that is the essence of the HardMTB League.
Kirk Cheney
Kirk Cheney is an attorney, entrepreneur and graduate of Yale Law School. As Chief Counsel for a NASDAQ-traded healthcare company, Kirk has negotiated acquisitions and contracts totaling hundreds-of-millions of dollars, and oversees dozens of litigation matters annually. He previously served as chief counsel for a technology company and worked for leading law firms in Texas and Idaho. On a local level, he has combined his love for biking with his professional skillset by co-founding the Boise Trails Challenge, a beloved annual event in Boise that integrates technology, trails and community, and now attracts roughly a thousand participants each year.
Scott Hart
Scott Hart is a marketing-media specialist. He has innovated storytelling within the sport of mountain biking throughout his career—from founding the groundbreaking Decline Magazine to spearheading media strategy for world-renowned events like Red Bull Rampage to marketing athlete content for the industry’s strongest brands, such as WD-40 and SRAM. Scott has a clear vision of communicating to mass audiences and is one of the passionate founding team members of the HardMTB League.
Greg Montgomery
Greg Montgomery is a strategic organizational psychologist and operations research specialist with a USC master’s degree in applied psychology. Specializing in quantitative and qualitative analyses to uncover insights into consumer psychology and human behavior within organizations, Greg is dedicated to research, constantly asking questions, and investigating the best approaches to problem-solving.
Rob Hollerman
Rob Hollerman’s experience managing the IMBA-recognized trail system in Boise, Idaho, has brought him to the forefront of sustainable trail design and construction while gaining national recognition for innovative trail building and composition. Manipulating his skill of reading white water rivers and carving through the winter backcountry, Rob has manifested his vision and honed his creativity in trail design and development. Rob has brought his skill and experience to the team with his unique perspective in order to design and execute the unique course that is the HardMTB League.
Mitch Ropelato
Mitch Ropelato has had an impressive professional career spanning over 16 years. He has cemented his status as a fixture in the Mountain Bike community. His record boasts a diverse list of accomplishments including a 3rd place at ABA Grands ROC, competing in Rampage, 2 King of Crankworx titles, a 12th place finish at the Val-d'Isère DH World Cup, and 8 combined Pro National Championships across Enduro, DS, and 4X disciplines. Outside of competition, you can find him on YouTube in Cannondale’s popular ‘Mitch’n Out’ video series, where he showcases his style and creativity on and off the bike.
